Service Description

After inspecting the building, you will receive a report outlining problem areas with accompanying pictures, moisture readings and explanations, prioritization of work, method of repair, and material data sheets. Full access to building, including roof, is recommended. Single family/Duplex up to 3,000 sq ft - $2900+* 6 family condo/apartments - $3900+* Churches, commercial buildings, etc., please enquire with square footage details. *all prices are based on size of project and extent of problems.
